Financial Advisers (Amendment) Regulations 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 104 of the Financial Advisers Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 24th February 2004.
Amendment of regulation 41
2.  Regulation 41 of the Financial Advisers Regulations 2002 (G.N. No. S 462/2002) is amended by deleting the words “section 6 (4) or 7 (2)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 6 (4), 7 (2) or 58 (5)”.
