Telecommunications (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Telecommunications (Amendment) Act 2005, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005.
2.  The Telecommunications (Amendment) Act 2005 shall, with the exception of sections 10 and 11, come into operation on 16th February 2005.
