(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Rules 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(3) of the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Secondhand Goods Dealers (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2021 and come into operation on 2 February 2021.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Secondhand Goods Dealers (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 2) is amended by deleting the words “, 8(2) or 9(2)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “or 8(2)”.
