Professional Engineers (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Professional Engineers (Amendment) Act 2005, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Professional Engineers (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2005.
2.  Sections 2 and 5 to 25 of the Professional Engineers (Amendment) Act 2005 shall come into operation on 1st December 2005.
