(Fire Certificate) (Designated Buildings)
(Revocation) Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1B) of the Fire Safety Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Fire Safety (Fire Certificate) (Designated Buildings) (Revocation) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 14 September 2020.
Revocation
2.  The Fire Safety (Fire Certificate) (Designated Buildings) Order 2016 (G.N. No. S 97/2016) is revoked.
