Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 48 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2005.
Amendment of Tenth Schedule
2.  The Tenth Schedule to the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences) Rules (R 27) is amended by inserting, immediately after the item 7, the following items:
“8.  National Cancer Centre.
9.  National Dental Centre.
10.  National Heart Centre.
11.  National Neuroscience Institute.
12.  National Skin Centre.
13.  Singapore National Eye Centre.”.
