In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. The Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment (Amendment) Act 2018 comes into operation on 15 December 2019.
