Political Donations (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 27 and 32 of the Political Donations Act 2000, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Political Donations (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 15th February 2001.
Compoundable offences
2.  The offences under sections 20 (4), 22(1) and (2), 24(a) and (b) and 29(5) may be compounded by the Registrar in accordance with section 27 of the Act.
