Planning (Leases and Disposal of Land)
(Consolidation) (Amendment)
Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3) of the Planning Act 1998, the Minister for National Development makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Planning (Leases and Disposal of Land) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 3 October 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. In paragraph 2 of the Planning (Leases and Disposal of Land) (Consolidation) Order (O 1) —

(a)

in sub‑paragraph (a)(ii), delete “or” at the end;

(b)

in sub‑paragraph (b), replace the comma at the end with “; or”; and

(c)

after sub‑paragraph (b), insert —

“(c)	3 October 2022 for a term not exceeding an aggregate of 35 years, of any unit in a building or part thereof where written permission has been granted for the development of the building or part for use as an assisted living facility,”.
