In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Corporate Registers (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Corporate Registers (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2022.

2. Sections 2(b), (c), (d), (e), (i), (j) and (k) and 3(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Corporate Registers (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022 come into operation on 4 October 2022.

3. Section 3(2) of the Corporate Registers (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022 comes into operation on 4 October 2022 at 12.01 a.m.
