In exercise of the powers conferred by section 90 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

PART 1

PRELIMINARY

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Limited Liability Partnerships (Register of Controllers) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 4 October 2022 at 12.01 a.m.

Definition

2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, “identity card” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the National Registration Act 1965.
