Work Injury Compensation Act
(Amendment of Third Schedule)
Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1) of the Work Injury Compensation Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Work Injury Compensation Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 January 2020.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Work Injury Compensation Act is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “$204,000 or be less than $69,000” in paragraph 1(2) and substituting the words “$225,000 or be less than $76,000”;
(b)	by deleting the words “$262,000 or be less than $88,000” in paragraph 2(2) and substituting the words “$289,000 or be less than $97,000”; and
(c)	by deleting “$36,000” in paragraph 5(1)(b) and substituting “$45,000”.
