Customs (Duties)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act 1960, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 8 October 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) —

(a)

in the following H.S. Codes, in column (5), insert “$8.00 per litre of alcohol”:

H.S. Code 2208.90.10

H.S. Code 2208.90.20

H.S. Code 2208.90.30

H.S. Code 2208.90.40;

(b)

in the following H.S. Codes, in column (6), insert “Free”:

H.S. Code 2208.90.10

H.S. Code 2208.90.20

H.S. Code 2208.90.30

H.S. Code 2208.90.40; and

(c)

in H.S. Code 8711.90.40, in column (7), delete “12%”.
