(Exemption under Section 53)
Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 1 February 2019.
Exemption
2.  The Minister exempts Lot 09040X of MK 17 at 1A Kim Keat Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Faith Assembly of God Church to the competent authority on 5 September 2018.
