Money-changing and Remittance Businesses
(Cancellation) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(2) of the Money‑changing and Remittance Businesses Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Money‑changing and Remittance Businesses (Cancellation) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 28 January 2020.

Cancellation

2. The following Notifications are cancelled:

(a)	the Money‑changing and Remittance Businesses (Exemption from sections 12 and 13) Notification (N 1);
(b)	the Money‑changing and Remittance Businesses (Exemption from section 13) Notification (N 2);
(c)	the Money‑changing and Remittance Businesses (Exemption from Section 13) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 152/2018).
