Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 5) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 27th December 2013.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts Lots 09268T, 09953T and 09954A of MK 26 at 17 Martia Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by The Lady Superior of the Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus in Penang to the competent authority on 21st August 2013.
