Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2005, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005.
2.  The Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2005 shall come into operation on 1st January 2006 with the exception of the following provisions:
(a)sections 10, 12, 17 (e) to (j), 19 and 20 (c) and (e);
(b)items (2) to (7), (9), (11), (12), (13), (15), (16), (22), (25), (31), (34)(a) and (36) in the First Schedule; and
(c)the Third Schedule.

Made this 15th day of December 2005.
