Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution
(Repeal of Bankruptcy Act) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 450 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Repeal of Bankruptcy Act) Notification 2020 and is deemed to have come into operation on 30 July 2020.

Repeal

2. The Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20) is repealed on 30 July 2020.
