Medicines (Clinical Trials)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Medicines Act 1975, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Medicines (Clinical Trials) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 18 December 2023.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In the Medicines (Clinical Trials) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 335/2016), in regulation 2(1), delete the definition of “nursing home”.

Amendment of Second Schedule

3. In the Medicines (Clinical Trials) Regulations 2016, in the Second Schedule, in paragraph 1(3)(d)(i) and (4)(b)(i) —

(a)	delete “a nursing home, or”; and
(b)	delete “nursing home or”.
