(Lock-ups in Specified Court Houses)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3) of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Prisons (Lock-ups in Specified Court Houses) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 9 December 2019.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3(2) of the Prisons (Lock-ups in Specified Court Houses) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 595/2011) is amended by deleting the words “State Courts Building” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the words “State Courts Towers”.
