(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 337(1) of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Temporary Exemption from Sections 277(1)(c) and 305B(1)(b)) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 29 September 2020.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Temporary Exemption from Sections 277(1)(c) and 305B(1)(b)) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 366/2020) is amended by deleting the words “30 September 2020” and substituting the words “30 June 2021”.
