(Amendment) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 3 November 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 62H

2. In paragraph 62H of the Air Navigation Order (O 2), after “under any circumstance”, insert “other than during secondment to the Authority as an air traffic controller”.
