(Specified Amount for Medisave Account)
(Amendment) Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(6D) of the Central Provident Fund Act, Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Specified Amount for Medisave Account) (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Central Provident Fund (Specified Amount for Medisave Account) Order 2012 (G.N. No. S 703/2012) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$11,550” in sub-paragraph (1) and substituting “$12,150”; and
(b)	by deleting “$38,500” in sub-paragraph (2) and substituting “$40,500”.
