Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20(1) and 22 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2011.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after “12,” in paragraph (b), the words “12A(1) or (3), 12B,”; and
(b)	by deleting “31,” in paragraph (b). [G.N. No. S 282/2004]
