(General Provisions and Exemptions
for Special Purpose Reinsurance Vehicles)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 18, 36, 52 and 64 of the Insurance Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance (General Provisions and Exemptions for Special Purpose Reinsurance Vehicles) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 31st December 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Insurance (General Provisions and Exemptions for Special Purpose Reinsurance Vehicles) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 617/2008) is amended by deleting the words “Certified Public Accountants” in Forms B and C and substituting in each case the following words:

“

Public Accountants and Chartered Accountants
Singapore

”.
