In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2020.
2.  Section 16 of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment) Act 2020 comes into operation on 30 September 2020.
