(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 44(1) and 129N(1) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Trading Venues for Derivatives Contracts in the United States of America) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 27 October 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Trading Venues for Derivatives Contracts in the United States of America) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 133/2019) —

(a)

after item 1, insert —

“1A. AEGIS SEF, LLC”;

(b)

replace items 12 to 19 with —

“12. iSwap Euro B.V.

13. LatAm SEF, LLC

14. LedgerX LLC

15. MarketAxess SEF Corporation

16. NEX SEF Limited

17. Refinitiv US SEF LLC

18. SwapEx LLC

19. TeraExchange, LLC”; and

(c)

in item 21, replace “Tradition SEF, Inc.” with “Tradition SEF, LLC”.
