Parks and Trees
(Amendment) Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Parks and Trees Act, the National Parks Board, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Parks and Trees (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 January 2020.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Item 2 of the First Schedule to the Parks and Trees Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:

“(ba)

Jurong Lake Gardens

$20 per pit per day”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (e).
