In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Prescribed Documents for Section 2A) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 November 2022.

Prescribed documents for section 2A of Act

2. For the purposes of section 2A(a) of the Act, a prescribed document is —

(a)	a bill of lading;
(b)	an air waybill;
(c)	a sea waybill; or
(d)	any road, rail or inland waterway transport documents.
