Exemption) (No. 4) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) Act 1949, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) (Specified Sporting Events — Exemption) (No. 4) Order 2024.
Exemption
2.  Section 3 of the Act does not apply to the display of a flag if —
(a)the flag is displayed in connection with an event specified in the first column of the Schedule;
(b)the flag is displayed at the venue specified in the second column of the Schedule for that event;
(c)the flag is displayed on a date specified in the third column of the Schedule for that event; and
(d)the flag is specified in the fourth column of the Schedule for that event.
