(Amendment) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006, the Minister for National Development makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Display of Elephant Ivory — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 November 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. In paragraph 3 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Display of Elephant Ivory — Exemption) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 651/2021), replace “Section 4(3)” with “Section 4(1)(c)”.
