(Amendment) Rules 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 November 2022.

Amendment of rule 2

2. In rule 2 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 2), replace paragraph (a) with —

“(a)	any offence under section 4(1), 5(4), 8(4), 13(3), 15D(4), 16(b) or 17(1) or (2) of the Act;”.
