Civil Law (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Civil Law (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Civil Law (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013.
2.  The Civil Law (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 15th February 2013.
