(Commencement) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the CareShield Life and Long-Term Care Act 2019, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019.
2.  The CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019, except sections 3, 4, 16, 18 to 21, 35, 36, 50, 58, 59, 65, 66 and 67 and Parts 2 to 5 and 7, comes into operation on 2 January 2020.
