Corrigenda

With reference to the Radiation Protection (Ionising Radiation) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 85/2023), in the Fifth Schedule —

(a)

in item 6, in the second column, for “$25 per application” read “$25 per application for any other amendment”;

(b)

in item 9, in the second column, to omit “for any other amendment”; and

(c)

for item 14 read —

“

14.	Application for an IR5C licence

$40 per consignment

”.
