(Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Parliamentary Elections (Amendment) Act 2023, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Parliamentary Elections (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2023.
2.  Section 46(2)(a) and (d) to (r) of the Parliamentary Elections (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 29 December 2023 at 12.01 a.m.
