In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006 (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 25 November 2024.
Amendment of Part 1 of Appendices of Schedule
2.  In the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006, in the Schedule, in the Appendices, in Part 1, under the heading “CLASS REPTILIA (REPTILES)”, under taxon III relating to “SAURIA”, under sub‑heading E (“Gekkonidae (Geckos)”), before item 1, insert —
