In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Free Trade Zones (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 25 and 26(2) of the Free Trade Zones (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 25 November 2024.
