Free Trade Zones
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Free Trade Zones Act 1966, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Free Trade Zones (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 25 November 2024.
Deletion of regulation 2
2.  In the Free Trade Zones Regulations (Rg 1), delete regulation 2.
Amendment of regulation 7
3.  In the Free Trade Zones Regulations, in regulation 7(1), delete “authority or”.
