(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 44(1) and 129N(1) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Trading Venues for Derivatives Contracts in the United States of America) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 30 December 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Securities and Futures (Trading Venues for Derivatives Contracts in the United States of America) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 133/2019), in the Schedule —

(a)

after item 16, insert —

“16A. Radial-X, LLC”;

(b)

after item 17, insert —

“17A. RTX Fintech & Research LLC”; and

(c)

replace items 18 and 19 with —

“18. SpectrAxe LLC”.
