Optometrists and Opticians Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Optometrists and Opticians Act 2007, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Optometrists and Opticians Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Optometrists and Opticians Act 2007 shall come into operation on 22nd February 2008.
