People’s Association
(Conduct and Discipline)
(Amendment) Rules 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(a) of the People’s Association Act, the Board of Management of the People’s Association makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the People’s Association (Conduct and Discipline) (Amendment) Rules 2021 and come into operation on 10 February 2021.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. The People’s Association (Conduct and Discipline) Rules (R 1) are amended by deleting the words “Chief Executive Director” wherever they appear in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “Chief Executive”:
