(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3), in the Schedule —

(a)	delete item 3; and
(b)	renumber items 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 as items 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, respectively.
