(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Free Trade Zones Act 1966, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Free Trade Zones (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 25 November 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Free Trade Zones (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2024 (G.N. No. S 149/2024), in regulation 2, replace “10A(1), (2) or (3)” with “10A(1), (2), (3) or (4)”.
