Customs (Container)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act 1960, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Customs (Container) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 25 November 2024.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  In the Customs (Container) Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 3(2), replace “an authority” with “a licensed FTZ operator”.
