In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(5) of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023, the Minister for Social and Family Development, in consultation with the Minister for Law, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 7) Notification 2024.
2.  Section 13 of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 comes into operation on 2 January 2025 at 12.01 a.m.
