Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(3) of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 8) Notification 2024.
2.  Section 28 of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 comes into operation on 2 January 2025.
3.  Section 26 of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 comes into operation on 2 January 2025 at 12.01 a.m.
