(Commencement) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.

2. Sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9 to 14, 16 to 21 and 22(2) of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 1 January 2024.
