Industry Act 2019 (Commencement)
(No. 2) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Point‑to‑Point Passenger Transport Industry Act 2019, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Point‑to‑Point Passenger Transport Industry Act 2019 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2020.

2. Part 2, Division 2 of Part 4, Part 5, Division 1 of Part 6, and sections 55, 58 to 61, 62(c), (d) and (e), 63(1) and (3), 64, 65 and 67(2) of the Point‑to‑Point Passenger Transport Industry Act 2019 come into operation on 30 October 2020.
