(Designation of Specified Premises)
(Amendment) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62A(2) of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Environmental Public Health (Designation of Specified Premises) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 2 January 2025.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  In the Environmental Public Health (Designation of Specified Premises) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 532/2021), in paragraph 2, in the definition of “family violence”, replace “section 64” with “section 58B”.
